How Do I Fix my graduation dress?

My graduation dress got ruined because of my mom,She wanted to put sequins on it so I let her and she put on sequins and gems! now it looks terrible and i dont have the heart to tell her! she sowed the sequins and super glued the gems! Please help me! I am in desperate need of help!
