Penis hitting the cervix during sex?

Okay, so my boyfriend and I are having sex (protected, of course) and when he gets his whole penis inside (or atleast most of it), I feel this weird pressure on my lower stomach, closer to the vaginal area. It feels somewhat good but then again it hurts a bit. He has a penis of 9 and a half inches in length and I read in multiple places that if a man's penis is long enough, it can hit the woman's cervix, causing this pressure I'm feeling. Does anyone know any further info on that?
