WHY do sm hateful ppl kill innocent transexuals ?

I've read about Gwen Araujo and it made me feel DEPRESSED. Well, she should have told the men that she was a biological male prior to sexual engagement but there are many others trans who got killed MERELY for being transexual. They don't deserve death at all. OMG , sm1 pls explain me
