Restriction Code for Nokia?

I got a new Nokia cell phone and it has a gem tech sim card when i go to but a t-mobile SIM card and i put it in it says Phone Restricted and there's an undo button beside it and it asks for a code what do i do!!!!!! (PHONE IS NOKIA 6303)
