How do I sell my car when there multiple people interested in buying?

I have three people that expressed there interest to buy. I am going to show the car to all of them and let them take a test drive. If they make an offer do I tell them I will let them know ahead of time because I am going to take the highest offer? Or is there a better way to go about this. Thanks!
