Is a gem knight deck worth makeing ?

im thinking of making a gem knight deck cus i love decks that use fusions witch is y i main deck e hero's but since they are duel terminal exclusive is it worth the trouble to track them all down to make one? can they play at local card shop tournament level? or should i just finish my 70% complete yubel deck?
